I had my mechanic install these bushings on my 2000 Golf. He said that these bushings were much easier than the OEM liquid injected bushings to install and that cut some time off the installation and saved me money in the long run. The only downfall to these is they are super stiff, so be prepared to feel your rear axle more. If you are looking to keep a factory smooth ride then these probably aren't for you. However, my car is creaky and noisy anyways so it didn't really matter much to me, and it is far better feeling and sounding than my old worn out bushings. I would definitely recommend these just for ease of installation unless you are really picky about a soft ride.
