Product Description

The Seymour Duncan STR-2 is a hot true single-coil pickup with increased output. Great for country pop, rockabilly, blues, jam, and classic rock. Imagine taking the Vintage models and turning up the output. You get a fat and full punch in both the low frequencies and mid-range, yet it retains the muscular twang of the Vintage. The sensitive coil combined with custom length flat pole pieces provides more sustain. The rhythm pickup has a similarly designed high-output coil for full, clear sound and comes with a chrome-plated brass cover.

Great Buy!

Bought this for a family member - was easy to assemble and looks attractive in the room. Even tho I knew the dimensions, it seems larger in 'real life' than in the picture. Is very sturdy and holds all her computer equipment plus giving her room to work with books/folders/papers.

Great for small spaces

We bought this desk specifically since we didn't have a lot of space. This desk doesn't take up a lot of room (the CPU off the side is genius) and fits everything fine. I tried to put our printer on the shelf underneath but our printer is huge so it looked silly. A smaller printer could easily fit there. Very easy to put together and very sturdy. It looks way more expensive than it was. I would definitely recommend this for someone who just needs a computer desk without extra drawers or lots of shelves (don't they just get filled up with junk anyway?).

Everything good about it! I suck at assembling parts and it was actually easy to do this one. I had my wife's assistance so it made it even easier. Seems really well made and it's stylish too. Definitely recommend it. No more wood-like made computer desks! They really don't last!

Horrible product, dealer was worse

This product arrived damaged and it looked VERY cheezy. We ordered it for Christmas, it arrived Christmas Eve. We had to assemble it but taking it all out of the overused, damaged box was very complicated and we discovered at the end that the pieces to it were split. We contacted the seller and got very little response ( emails only) and it was either poor grammer or broken english. They would not provide a phone # and would not call us when we provided ours. It got to the point where we contacted Amazon and they retrieved our money and they dealt with these people. I highly recommend Amazon, but not this seller.

More then happy with purchase

I was a little leary about purchasing this product due to the other reviews however, after receiving 1 of 2 boxes I am more then happy that I took a chance and purchased this vanity set. It is more yellow then cream but it is a nice color (I would describe it as more of a wheat color) After looking at 100's of vanities this one had the most for the money and will grow with my daughter. I am truly happy I made this purchase and look forward to getting box 2 of 2 in order to put it together!

This was one of the easiest replacement units I've ever purchased. It had all the wires pre-cut and terminated to fit the fan unit to be repaired. The fan unit was put back together and started right up.

Fasco motor

Fasco is an excellent motor line. This exactly replaced a motor for a bathroom light/fan fixture. The fixture needed to be totally rewired because of age and I replaced the light sockets also. It was worth the price because this still used the metal fan blades. Most of the new units use plastic blades and the quality is just not like the older units.

I have a Mapex Orion set that I gig with every weekend and needed cases that I could count on to protect my drums even when other band members or fans "help" me! My old kit got pretty scratched up in the mixture of bags and cheap cases I had before, but the SKB's are excellent. They do cost more than others, but I think it's worth it. Each tom case fits in the next smallest case so that I'm able to put them away in the corner at rehearsals and gigs without taking up too much space. I recommend these above any cases I have seen.

Comparison: SKB or Humes and Berg?

I owned a set of the comparable Humes and Berg hard shell cases for years. I just bought these SKB cases and will share my observations. There may have been a little lapse in quality control at the SKB factory. These are new cases but when I opened the boxes the straps were dirty and the strap to my floor tom case was way too long. Inside the cases there were slight wrinkles in the padding. I noticed that the top and bottom of these cases have the same thick foam padding as Humes and Berg. The sides however only have a thin layer of felt with no padding. This annoyed me until I put my drums inside. They fit! With Humes and Berg I always had to buy a larger case than I really wanted (ex. a 26" case for a 24" drum). I guess this was due to the thick padding on the sides of the cases. With SKB I was able to buy the correct size cases and my DW drums fit easily. Even the floor tom! This is important because hard shell cases are heavy and awkward to carry in the first place. Larger cases are heavier and more awkward to carry. Overall I would recommend these but wish SKB would get their quality control on par with Humes and Berg.
