Not My Favorite

I really did not like this scent. It smelled cheap, and as it wore off, I disliked it even more. There's alot of Escada perfumes that I've used throughout the years (and continue to use), however, this one, I do not like..(every person does have different scent preferences though)..

classic and classy

My mother owns this perfume.She loves it so much that she bought three bottles of this!And she had used all of them up.She was saying that this perfume can wake the dead and i totally agree with her.Though it smells somehow classic,i really liked it,cause it had such a rich and overwealming scent.I'll say it's far better than all the Channel perfumes which are really overhyped and overpriced.I wouldn't recommend this perfume to a young girl like myself,cause it's a bit heavy to wear everyday at school,but i would definately recommend it to a working woman who wants to smell feminine and sophisticated all day long without having to reapply her perfume again and again.It's the most appropriate fragrance to wear on a fancy party or Galla or a job interview or meeting.I guarantee that no one will ever forget the way your skin smells with Escada.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my ESCADA

I have been using Escada Margaretha Ley for many years. I have had total strangers come up to me and put their face to my neck and tell me how apsolutely wonderful I smell. This was incentive for me to keep this as my signature fragrance. I also have very bad allergies, and this perfume doesn't bother them at all! I love this perfume and am very sad that it is becoming so hard to get and so expensive. I wear it sparingly. Thanks you so much!

This was a complete knock off, not the real product at all. Not worth the price whatsoever. The seller completely falsely represented the product, even to the extent of putting a fraudulent picture of the real product on Amazon so buyer would not know any better.

Good smelling cologne and the price is right...

Escada Pour Homme has a delightful smell that is pleasing to the senses. At least that is how I feel about it anyway. To help eliminate some possible confusion regarding the two different logo "E" on the bottles - the back to back capital "E" was the original logo for Escada pour homme but has since been replaced with a new forward facing "e" logo. I was assured that the contents in the new bottles is the same Escada pour homme formulation as was in the original. So the new "look" on the bottle is not in any way a knockoff of Escada pour homme. Same stuff, only with a new logo on the bottle in other words. The price is right too so I feel it was well worth the cost for a 2.5 oz EDT spray.

Its alright

Its alright for most, but the smell didn't last very long on my skin. The smell wasn't bad though. However, it is a little cheap. I like more expensive colognes. I think this product depends on personal taste more than anything else. Good luck!

Bait and Switch

I can not review this item because this is not the item I received. I did order this item but I received the one in a tall bottle. I wanted this one because the bottle is so fancy. this was a gift for a friends birthday on July 25 th. I knew she had the tall bottle and I wanted to get her somethinga different. The order arrived 2 days befor her birthday and I didn't have time to return it and get what I ordered. I don't know why they did not send me what I ordered. I do know I was greatly disappointed.

Sweet without smelling too powdery or too flowery

You are never fully dressed until you have on some perfume. Indeed, even when wearing nothing at all (or perhaps, especially when you are wearing nothing at all) you need some perfume - sweet, alluring and sexy. For me, my most favorite scent of all is Elizabeth Taylor's White Diamonds. White Diamonds is sweet without smelling too powdery or too flowery. It has an excellent scent that lasts on my skin and smells excellent.For me and the man of my life, it's got to be White Diamonds. Best Perfume Ever!

I'm particular when it comes to perfumes. I received a sample of "Sicily" awhile ago, tossed it in my closet, and didnt actually try till many months later. I fell in love w/the scent! I couldn't find it at any department store, but of course found it on Amazon AND for a great price! Not only that, but I received the product the same week!

Sicily Perfume by Dolce & Gabbana

I love this scent. It's subtle, light and fresh, summery, and kind of sweet but not too sweet like grandma perfume. My husband likes it too, and we're not big perfume wearers. It seems to last long (yet isn't strong). I can spray it on in the morning, and when I get home at night my husband can detect the scent, but only when he comes close to kiss me (in other words, it's subtle, not strong).

Doubles as bug repellent

I bought this perfume thinking it would smell very similarly to the body cream. The body cream smelled a little sweeter, but this perfume is perfect for the evening and doesn't attract any bees or bugs! I wear it a lot during the spring.

The best fragrance I have found, ever!

I have been wearing Ocean Dream for 13 years, my hubby (then boyfriend) bought it for me for my 18th birthday and I have never found a fragrance I like better. I have tried many others however due to the lack of availability but I keep seeking it out because it is the best.The only other fragrance I have found that even somewhat compares is Cool Water..it has a similar light scent.But in the end Ocean Dream steals my heart (and nose) every time.
