HUGE BOTTLE

I guess when I ordered this I was thinking that it would be a Dinky little bottle.. WHOA... Its not.. I LOVE IT! Best VALUE!!! I had origionally ordered this for a friends birthday but when I realized how BIG OF A BOTTLE it was I ordered her a 1.7 oz and I am keeping this one! It is my FAVORITE Fragrance of all time!!! This spicy scent is sophisticated and lovely. Classy and elegant-deep and earthy. Don't look for floral here.Wonderful and unique it gets high praise when wherever we wear it. A light spritz will last throughout the day. Never overbearing. Just beautiful.Buy it and see the difference of Black Cashmere.

Disappointed

I bought the Black Cashmere Mist based on reviews I read since I had never smelled it before. The reviews were all great, so I took a chance and bought it. It was not quite what I expected. While it is not a bad fragrance, it just isn't what I consider to be "sexy". My recommendation is to always try to find a local store to sample first. Everyone doesn't always like the same thing.

Not for sale product!

I bought the mini version of Dolce And Cabbana and did not think they would sell me a "not for Sale" product for 15.98 including shipment-costs. After sending right an email on which Beauty Encounter not responded, I called them and they said they are allow to sell "not for sale" samples because they buy them from the manufacturer. I pointed out to the customer service representative that the perfume also was not the real one, because it had almost no odor of the Feminine smell. She said that that is not possible. They sent an email with the wrong perfume name on it and after calling again, they did resend one with the right name so no I can return it.Bottom line: I do not recommend this seller.

cant find in stores

cant find in stores here in the middle east and it is one of the perfumes that i like. I was told that it was an older item and no longer is made.. it was first given to be as a gift from Europe and couldn't find it for a long time. finally decided to look on line and found it for cheaper than what i expected and once paid for from a tester chop.

great product although a little too strong in terms of scent

I bought the after shave and cologne and like them both and it helps that the smells are synchronized and identical so there isnt an issue of the aftershave clashing with the cologne. I have sensitive skin and I also liked the fact that this is easy on the skin. However the scent is pretty strong on both of them for my taste.

Very Fast shipping , and happy

The Fragrance Counter UK shipped this item blazing fast. I didn't know they were based in UK but to my dismay, their item shipped faster than the one I ordered from here within the United States. And, I've to reiterate the aftershave was genuine and the box was totally sealed. I've got few from other vendors whose boxes were not sealed. And, Fragrance Counter UK nicely packaged the stuff. I'll buy from this seller in future for sure despite the demographic boundaries. A definite recommended seller.

The best cocoa fragrance ever!

I have tried many, many chocolate/cocoa fragrances and this is the best BY FAR. Its a very simple, straight-up cocoa scent with vanilla undertones; no weird flowers or musk or amber thrown into the mix. It really smells just like Swiss Miss hot cocoa. The description says that it contains some sort of orange but I don't smell it at all. It tends to be on the sweet side so I can imagine that it may get a bit cloying in warmer weather but it is just lovely in the winter.

I love this stuff, this is my daily perfume. I love smelling like yummy things like cookies, hot cocoa, ice cream cones, rice krispie treats... all these things are comments I've heard from people who smell me wearing Amour de Cacao. Even after hours of wearing it, when I can't smell it anymore at all, someone will comment on it when I walk in the room. Comments are always positive.I give it 4 stars because the scent doesn't seem to be completely consistent from batch to batch. I've ordered three different bottles from three different sources and they each smell slightly different.

This scent is beautiful and you will always get compliments. It smells expensive. But, there are alot of fakes out there. Go to the department stores instead. They have valuable gift sets this time of year.

The product that was sent to me seems to be a fake. There is white stuff floating around in the bottle, the bottle seems cheap (uneven, plastic seam lines on the top), and the smell isn't the same as I've smelled in the store. I'm mad that I wasted $80.

I absolutely love this perfume. The scent is sensual but light enough to be fresh. One spray will last you all day long. Throughout the day I find myself thinking about how WONDERFUL I smell, and that is a nice little pick-me-up.

Love this perfume -- found it originally on a trip to China -- duty free -- and will buy it again and again. I never wear it but someone doesn't ask "is that your perfume -- it's great." I usually wear Joy or Cachet for day to day, but this perfume is becoming my only choice -- it's a unique smell on each person from what I can tell -- so try it before you buy it.

Not what I expected

I just used up a bottle of this perfume that came from a department store. Looking for a bargain, I purchased your product online within a couple of weeks. Both were the Eau De Toilette Spray. I have opened and used the perfume. I believe it is a "copycat" fragrance or watered down version. At first, it smelled like the same perfume I knew, just not as intense. After even an hour of wearing it, though, none of the smell remained. Not even a hint, if I rubbed my wrist were it was sprayed. My previous bottle could be smelled hours later. After closer inspection, I noticed the box and bottle do not not say "Christian" Dior, just Dior. A portion of the clear sticker on the bottom of the bottle has been carefully cut off. I am disappointed with this purchase and will pay the $20 more store price next time. I only gave it a one star rating, because the system would not let me give it none.
