5A Fun Toy
By 99silver
I got this for my son who is a budding angler. This is a very nice looking product with a realistic looking bass. When placed in the water it swims and fights. Great fun for a young angler to be. My son loves it and we have used it in our swimming pool as well as out at the local lake.

5Great all around pocket knife
By D. Matheny
I've had this knife for over a year now and I can honestly say that it is the best pocket knife I have ever owned. Mine has been used for everything from opening boxes to cleaning/skinning a deer - and it has always worked perfectly. The main reasons I like this knife are:1) Even though I'm a tall guy with big hands, I don't like to carry a big knife around in my pocket all day. The BM707 has a small enough form factor that it is easy to carry all day, yet it has never been too small for any job that I've thrown at it.2) Of all the locking mechanisms that I've ever seen, I think the Axis lock from Benchmade is the best. Because of the Axis lock, this knife can be opened extremely quickly and locks up rock solid while in use. It is also very easy to close the knife without getting fingers in the way. (As a side note, I do like to put a drop or two of oil on the axis lock to keep it operating smoothly whenever I sharpen it.)3) I like the looks of this knife mostly because it doesn't look 'scary' when I pull it out to use it. Some people may not care what others think, but I've had knives in the past that tended to draw critical stares when I pulled them out; and that gets a bit old. This knife looks classy while remaining a very useful tool. The only minor complaint I have about this knife is the way the G10 scales are inlaid into the handle. I've found that the G10 material is extremely nice for keeping a grip on a wet knife; and the BM707 just doesn't have enough for it to be useful. It also seems like those will probably start coming loose at some point; although, to be fair, they are still locked in after a year of every-day use.I know that a pocket knife is the kind of thing that typically boils down to personal preference, and that just because I like this knife doesn't mean that someone else will. Having said that, Benchmade has definitely created a winner with the BM707 that I think will appeal to a lot of knife users - I would highly recommend this knife for every-day carry.

5My favorite Every Day Carry knife
By Eric H
I've now carried this knife every day for over a year and can echo the other positive reviews. Some background: I used to carry a Spyderco Rescue and then a Spyderco Police. While I liked their serrated edges for some tasks (and might take the Police if I were to go hiking and wanted a bigger folder), overall I've decided I prefer a plain edge and I found them just too hefty for everyday carry for me. I then went on to a Kershaw Leek Black aluminum, which I liked, gifted to my dad, and got the fancier Kershaw G10. I carried the Leeks for over 2 years before sadly losing the G10 in a field. While a fan of the Speedsafe assisted opening, I decided to try a Benchmade having heard so many good things about them. I was pleased to find that I can open the 707 with the same speed and ease as the Leek after just a bit of practice. Previously, I'd not been very comfortable with prior "thumb stud" knives I'd tried compared to my thumb hole Spyderco's... however I now realize that was due to the former being cheap and not buttery smooth to open like my 707. While I still have good feelings about how sturdy the liner-lock was on my Kershaws, I still feel a fair bit more confident in the sturdiness of the Benchmade AXIS lock (to the point that if I got another assisted opening knife, I'd likely make it a Benchmade auto-AXIS).The only two minor gripes I have with this knife is that: 1) It's G10 scales are not quite as grippy as the G10 on my former Leek. 2) The AXIS stud wears out the fabric in my khaki's over time. For the latter, I've found iron-on patches on the inside of my pants re-enforce them sufficiently. However, I wish Benchmade made their axis studs smooth of one side and reversible so that you could make the clip side of the stud smooth and easier on your pants (probably a lot to ask on a non-custom knife). In conclusion: This is one of the best knives with a 3" blade <$200 out there.

5Perfect small folder
By brad-man
The excellent previous review covers most of the finer points of this knife. So you know my perspective, my favorite edc knife (I have quite a few) is the Benchmade 940. You simply cannot find a more functional knife in its size/weight class. On those occasions when a little more discretion is required (smaller blade), the 707 Sequel is the ideal choice. It is a small good looking knife that is solidly built with ergonomics that will accomodate large hands. If it were any smaller, you couldn't get a good enough grip on the handle for any real cutting. Though I have not skinned a deer with it, I have no doubt that it would be up to the task...

5THIS PACK ROCKS!
By Pest-Actual
I bought this pack as my go-bag (I'm a disaster responder with the American Red Cross) and it ROCKS! I carry it everywhere. The hydration pack obviously holds a camelbak or whatever system you have, but it's a really secure place to keep your laptop. I always keep an advanced aid kit, and some other disaster gear in the outter pockets, and then larger items like coldweather clothing, or climbing gear, or whatever is needed. I know I can comfortably carry up to 70 pounds for up to 6 miles without serious discomfort. Also with the suspension system, it makes for a good climbing pack.

This is the best backpack I have ever owned! I travel alot for my job and it requires me to stay away for a week at times and with this bag I can now carry more of my get home gear and tools for work. Construction is top notch, material is freaking tough!!! and stitching is 100%. Love it and I am thinking of getting another for my personal vehicle to keep it in.

5A world of difference!
By Kevin T. Martin
Wow! I was on the verge of injury and was getting slower running time from stiff muscles and had done massage and a whole assortment of physio options, but this system truly provided a NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!!! I truly couldn't believe it from something it looks like I could make myself a home (I probably still could, but it wouldn't be worth my time, and not as effective).I would HIGHLY recommend the kit with the Ultimate 6 instructional book. I thought I knew how to use the system and tried it for a few days without reading the instructions, with no real effects, and then when I read the little booklet, started using it as they advise, and my legs have never felt so fresh!!I only use the quad baller and the little trigger ball - I find the smaller calf roller and block a little awkward and quad baller just as easy to use on my calves. However, the booklet is really what lets you use the system properly, so I would say it's worth it to get the package just for the book.Just for background, I first heard about this product from a buddy in college. His parents lived on the other side of the country so he flew to school which means he didn't have many belongings with him (only what he could fit into a few suitcases) and the quad baller was one of the few discretionary items he brought to college and kept in his otherwise very empty room (a testament to how useful he though it was). He also told me his mother used to be a marathon runner, but had to stop a number of years ago from injury. She tried all types of physio with no success, until just a year ago she found the TP Therapy system and within 6 weeks was running again, and just started back into her first marathon in 6 years. So, when I was start to experience pain from running, I gave it a shot, and couldn't have been happier!

4Must have for athletes
By Ron
I developed plantar fasciitis during the course of training for a marathon. I have been distance running for about 7 years, and the problems in my feet developed only in the past year. The pain is quite acute and simply was not going away. I tried taping and stopped running (!!!) and nothing seemed to work for more than 3 months. I saw an add for trigger point therapy and looked into it on the internet. Long story short... work with trigger point tools included in the TriggerPoint Total Body Package solved most of the discomfort within a week! I was hopeful that these tools would provide relief and allow me to begin running again, but I was surprised and quite pleased that the pain was solved in just a week! The trigger points that I had were actually in my lower calves instead of in my foot - I would not have thought that tight calf muscles would have caused foot pain, but that was certainly the case. I highly recommend this product for runners. It is not a substitute for stretching after runs, but more of an adjunct procedure to relieve trigger points that build up due to repetitive motions like distance running. The product being reviewed is fantastic... I only docked a star because the price of the product is more than it appears it should be.

5LOVE!!!
By Renee Diaz
My trainer uses this system and it made a huge difference in reducing soreness and muscle stress and helped in stretching out the muscles. If you have any aches, pains or soreness, this system works. My quads, calves, glutes and shoulders are worlds different. I cannot recommend this product enough!!

5Good homeowner security for power outages
By Thomas H. Lawler
I actually purchased one of these generators shortly after Katrina hit the gulf in prep for a natural disaster with an extended power outage. I've not had one yet where it lasted long enough to need it, but my brother ~10 miles away had one for a full week in Dec 2006 (and luckily had a generator). In Dec 2007 another county in my state had power out for a full week due to a main transmission tower coming down, so those things have shown me no one is invincible to power outages. The hardware stores quickly ran out of generators each time a crisis came, so if you're smart you'll not wait for the crisis to come before considering getting prepared. When I began shopping for a generator, I quickly found the minimum power/price ratio is 10watts/$1. If you want one with features like electric start or over 8,000 watts (which is where electric start becomes standard), expect the price ratio to be more. I actually got this thru Costco who sold it for $550. They recently quit selling this unit (at least locally for me), so don't necessarily expect it there. As far as it's performance goes, I just ran it for a couple hours to break it in with some space heaters plugged in for a load. It started for me within 2 pulls. I'm sure some would say it's pretty loud, but noise becomes of little significance to me after the power has been out for 24+ hours and I'm becoming concerned with things like the food in the fridge going bad, etc. This unit comes with 25 amp circuit breakers, so it actually can put out the continuous 5500 watts they say it can (whereas I've seen other generators labeled like "5200 watts" but have 20 amp breakers, so if you run the math 240V*20A=4800Watts). Since a generator like this weighs over 100 lbs, having the wheels so you can move it like a wheelbarrow saves your back. Otherwise the product description tells the rest and I see nothing unexpected to report. If you're going to store a generator like this for long periods, they recomend doing the following before storing it to minimize problems: Use gas additives to minimize varnish buildup, close the gas valve and drain the carb of gas (or burn all the gas out of it), pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the engine thru the spark plug hole, and slowly crank the engine till it's on the compression stroke (so the valves are closed).Since I'm pretty sure this can power anything I'd need in my house, I have no fear of a power outage lasting over 24 hours.

4most reliable
By rcase8
I have had one of these 5500 watt generators for about 8 years. it is the most reliable piece of equipment I have ever owned. Always starts on at least two pulls. I was especially pleased with it after hurricane Ike when I was 6 weeks without power. This thing ran as long as 14 to 15 hours on a single tank of gas. I worked 12 hour days then and I would shut it off in the morning to check the oil and fill the gas and go to work when I came home after 12 hours of work and 2 hours driving time it was still running and providing power. My only complaint is the sound level it is very annoying after several weeks of listening to it. So I did some research latelyand found a bigger quieter muffler on line and installed it myself it didn't make it Honda quiet but it took it from a scream to a rumble I can withstand. I find it helpful to block in the gas and let it die by running out of gas when it is going to sit for a long time. I also changed to a full synthetic oil recently I haven't had a chance to use it since but I am sure it'll do fine.I would recommend this to a friend, but I would also recommend the muffler change.

2Toll Free Number NOT 24/7 like described
By Bigdaddy68
The description for this product says:"It is supported by the Powermate Corporation toll-free 24/7 consumer hotline 800-445-1805."This is not true - I just called the number above at 6:45 pm EST on a Friday night and I got a recording pushing me to their website. Why is this important? Because their manuals don't tell what type of electrical receptable the generator has on it. Electricians need to know which type of plug configuration it is according to NEMA ( like L5/20R or L6/30R or ???) They need this information so they can make their own cables. Poorly documented.

5I really like this phone
By Janna Jansen
It's got great reception. My husband has a phone that cost twice as much and his reception is hopeless, when out we use mine the most. I also use the alarm clock a lot when away from home, it's good not having to take an extra alarm clock. My son keeps getting hold of it and treats it roughly but its quite strong, despite being dropped and thrown several times it still works fine. Finally, the texting is great and easy to use. The only thing I am not sure about is the internet function, it seems to take ages to get on the net and I find it difficult to navigate -but then I don't really need it on the phone as we have it at home.Overall this phone is highly recommended.

5Super Entry Level Phone
By A Customer
Received this phone when my SECOND Samsung A560 died. Sound quality is excellent and it gets better reception than any phone I have ever seen. Internal screen is small, but it's not a media phone. Too bad this is discontinued, If you are looking for an entry level Sanyo that is easy to hold, sturdy, and is of great quality, look at ebay and try to get one. Also remember that despite having a great network, Sprint's customer service is horrible.

5It's a great phone.
By V. Arbo
This phone doesn't have many special features such as a camera or web access, but if all you're looking for is a phone to make phone calls (or text messages) with, then this is the phone for you. It gets great reception-compared to my last phone which cost three times more than this one. I just wanted a phone that got great service and this is the one, so I traded in my camera phone for this one.

5Barska deep sea 7x50 binocular
By R. Hastings
The image is crisp, bright and very impressive. For $69.00 I don't think you will be disappointed with these binoculars. They are heavy but feel quality made. The binoculars costing 4-8 times more than these also use the BAK4 prism. I have a pair of Bushnell 9-27x25 and Simmons 20x50 and these Barska easily outperforms both pair.

2Good and Bad
By Reviewer94553
I really wanted to like these for the price. Optically, they are very good if not outstanding for the price. Images are sharp across the entire field. Brightness is good, but not outstanding compared a 50mm finderscope that I have. However, mechanically they are awful... Changing the focus pushes up one ocular more than the other so changing focus means that the left and right eyepiece is ALWAYS out of focus and you have to change the right diopter. Close focus distance was listed at 17ft, but it is really about 100ft so it's useless for birding or night navigation in the harbor.

5Well worth the price!
By Marshall Beasley
I live on the coast of South Carolina. So with deep sea fishing, and hanging out on the beach on warm days, a good pair of binoculars come in handy. Salt air and the danger of dropping things into the water or sand give reason to purchace things that can take the elements. These binoculars are made for this enviroment. I could have up graded to the model with the range gage and the compass. However, if your out to sea and don't have a GPS, your nuts! So I really don't need them built in to a pair of binoculars. As for the viewing quality, it's perfect for what I need them for. If I fished for a living, I would consider purchasing a pair of those verry expensive binoculars that would make you cry if you were to loose them. So...for the money, I love this product. If I win the lottery, I'll buy a pair or two of the two thousand dollar binoculars to go on my new boat!
