Product fit perfectly and operated as expected. It required some knowledge of mechanics to replace the old unit that most could quickly and easily learn. The unit was marked with the Chrysler logo on the housing which may indicate it was from the original supplier. Very please with the item and shipping time.

It fit perfectly like it's supposed to. The auto-down for the drivers side is a little tricky. It's easy to miss that first detent. Maybe this will need some sort of break-in period, although it shouldn't. All in all it does just fine and it's the best price I could find. Comparing the two parts, I'm unable to see a difference or feel a difference in materials. They could have been made at the same time for all I could tell. This is a real easy fix. All you need is a #2 Phillips screwdriver for removing 6 screws for the panel and then 2 for the switch. You will need to unplug the electrical for the switch and the mechanism for the door opener handle at the panel side once the panel is loose. You may have a couple other things depending on your model, base model, SLT etc.
