The kit replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. The air into your engine!! Great addition to the XJ. 7HP gain AND the ability to clean, re-oil and reuse the air filter is a bonus. All parts were included to bolt into jeep. Heat shield helps to reduce air intake temps for better power. Well designed and well built product.
