This fork threading tool is well-made and worked as advertised. The holder is cast steel. The product is heavy, as one would expect from a cutting tool of this size. Per the instructions, you're not supposed to start fork tube threads with this, only extend or touch up existing threads. Well I started threads with the help of a spotter to ensure proper alignment and everything went off without a hitch.
