I am now 58 - I have had due to excessive (but fun and good) skiing 6 operations to right knee after I was 20 and at 46 I underwent two total knee replacements. I cant tell you how many physical therapy places I went to and how many other Ice / Cold wraps I have been thru. This product DuraKold in the 22" X 8" is flat out the best - you can time it as I do when it gets un-cold your done (aproxamatly 25 to 30 minutes).And good for a great deal of other things like small of back, sholder, even stomach problems. I am on year twelve with my current ones and have just re-ordered two more ( you need at least two so one can be freezing up ). Trust me you will love them. Kim

This is an amazing cold wrap. I have lower back issues and this wrap can be strapped into position and I can go about my routine while icing. The pack stays cold for about an hour. I struggled with the decision to invest in the wrap due to the cost, but I can say that it was worth every penny and it has given me such relief from the pain.
