Only reason for the 4 star is that once in a while I have to refill the one side with air. Most likely just needs the hose connection replaced. But what a nice ride when you need to pull a trailer and have lots of stuff in the van. Even with them fully filled you still get a nice ride not like adding extra leaf spring helpers or other and you can adjust the load/ride. Get them if you work out of your van or pull a trailer on vacation with the kids. Easy to install, about 2 hours at most if you have a little mechanical ability.
