This dollhouse is built to withstand the abuse of the most rambunctious of toddlers. Solid wood contruction and masterly crafted. The only negative would be the ceiling height between each floor. (A little lower in height than other houses preventing access of larger doll families.) It is still one of the best on the market and a great value when compared to other wooden and plastic houses in the same price range. A wonderful toy that will last a lifetime.

I am a perfectionist, I have to admit. I owned 2 previous wooden doll house and sold them. I didn't like the finish. This one, I adore! Incredible sturdiness and craftsmanship. The size is perfect for my preschoolers. It is more expensive than usual doll house, but you definitely pay for the amazing quality of the wood, the rounded edges, the finish lacquer and the size. It will last for years and years!
