This is by far the best price and workmanship I've seen for a replacement (non-california) catalytic converter BY FAR. The dorman OE version is PLAGUED with stories of them cracking down the middle where the o2 sensor bung is, which is why I opted out from purchasing their brand. (plus it was $40 more!)Everything fit great, everything shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. I would give the welds a 4/5 just because it could have been cleaner, but the structural integrity was not affected.IMPORTANT: In order for the gasket going to the downpipe to work, you MUST purchase a "ring" gasket that fits in the groove on the flange that connects to the downpipe. I replaced the stock catalytic convert in my 1996 Honda Civic DX due to a failure of the stock part. The installation of this new cat was a breeze, replaced the old cat in less than an hour. This one is about an inch thinner than the stock cat which made installation past the air conditioning pipes very easy. the finish of the cat was rough but nowhere that caused a problem during installation. I've had it in for about 6 weeks now with no CEL illumination.My only complaint is that upon receiving the new cat I noticed there were no screws or studs included in the packaging. There was an exhaust gasket for the block mount side, the exhaust pipe side and the manifold heat shield. I called the distributor about this and after some back and forth the situation was resolved. Stockwise auto and Chris in particular were great to work with.

Product was as described, gaskets and all hardware was included. The only issues I had was the mounting bracket down by the lower o2 sensor didn't quite line up (which just required a little tweaking) and the welds were kind of sloppy but this exhaust manifold is still better built compared to the OEM version as it is a little thicker cast iron at the exhaust ports.
