There isn't any other diffuser that I've ever used that compares to this one. Usually with diffusers, you're not able to smell them in any room but the one they're in. But with this one, there is always a light scent throughout my whole apartment. It's not overbearing by any means. I only gave it 4 stars because the price is pretty high, but mine tend to last four or five months before they need to be replaced. And by the way, I think the caramel one smells a lot like vanilla, except for when you get really close to it, or put your nose up to it and smell it...then it smells kind of like caramel popcorn! Haven't tried any of the other scents and right now I don't intend to, love the caramel.
