I just purchased this product and have yet to install it. But for those interested, I thought I'd post my research to help you make your decision.I highly recommend reading K&N's installation instructions (link below) before purchasing this product. The kit even comes with the K&N Drycharger (silicon treated air filter wrap, helps keep moisture out of the filter), which is not included in other manufacturer cold air intake kits. 1,000,000 mile warranty, clean every 100,000 miles, inspect every 25,000 miles, replace Drycharger every 1-2 years depending on your road conditions. This kit comes with everything you'll need, provided you don't throw anything away from your stock air box. Part numbers are below incase you would like to research them yourself.Edit: Received intake. Install took me about an hour. Comes with the install intructions, and they are very easy to follow. For those who do purchase this, keep in mind there are 2 rubber grommets, and when it calls for the "larger grommet", it's referring to the larger opening grommet (as both grommets are roughly the same size). I would also recommend not tightening anything down after #18 until after inserting the Air Temp Sensor(ATS), as the "larger" grommet is somewhat easy to push into the intake when you insert the ATS.
