Seventh Generation Natural Liquid Laundry Liquid - Natural Lavender Scent, is formulated for use in both conventional and high efficiency washing machines. We use only natural lavender essential oils, not synthetic fragrances like other brands for a true, fresh lavender scent. It has an improved stain-fighting formula that features a unique combination of vegetable based surfactants and non-animal derived enzymes to effectively clean tough dirt and stains. In fact our new formula powers out tough proteins like grass, blood and cocoa twice as effectively as our old formula. Independent tests prove it is our most effective formula ever. Our laundry detergents are ultra concentrated, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and biodegradable. I'm always trying to give environmentally-safe products a chance and sometimes they disappoint me. Not this time - I love this product! It smells wonderful - like true lavender essential oil and not the overpowering, chemically-based lavender scent of some of the newer, more mainstream products. The detergent is environmentally friendly, and it's safe for my septic system. I especially love using this detergent on my sheets so that I have a nice lavender haven to lull me to sleep each night. What more could I ask for? I'm sold on this product.

This product has a great smell and no dye so you know that it wont stain your clothes. I have had traditional cleaners, that color thier detergent for no reason, stain my clothes. What a pain. This stuff works and helps out the environment.

This detergent has never failed to get out a stain and it smells amazing! It has a very light lavendar scent that is unobtrusive but will leave you wondering, what smells so good? I also love it because it is environmentally friendly and, when purchased through amazon.com, comparably priced to traditional detergents.
