I bought this power steering pump for my 1999 Honda Accord V6. After showing it to my mechanic he told me he had installed a couple of the same product that didn't work and had to be returned. I asked him to install it anyway and it worked, functioning very well.It came with the two rubber seals which I also ensured was used.The performance is not optimal as the power steering is still not as soft as I would like, but the irritating pump whirring noise is gone.
