Very elegant and contemporary scent. Top notes begin very sharp and clean, later warms to a woodsy peppery sort of base note. if you're the kind of guy whose chemistry causes most scents to become sweetish and well, "cheap" smelling, try this one. I've been asked more than once by women in close proximity what scent I'm wearing. If scents have seasons, this one would be autumn in the deep forest.

It's definitely a scent that will divide opinion, but Gucci Pour Homme is a really classy cologne. It's not a fragrance I smell on many other people, probably because it's very, extremely, incredibly dry and heavy. I guess it must be gaining popularity because two years ago I got my bottle from Amazon for $26. And even though it's a pretty old-fashioned cologne, I've been wearing and loving it, in a hot, humid climate, since I was 19. I think it's an amazing scent.

This cologne did not smell like cologne. More like a spray. It didn't have any kind of masculine or even sweet smell. Can't really explain it, except for appalled. I would'nt endorse it. But it's just my opinion. I bought it because of the Gucci name. But it's irrelevant. Hope Guuci does better in the future.
