Product Description
Here is a new product that has been introduced just in time to replace the discontinued Therevac SB Mini Enemas. Enemeez were developed by someone very familiar with the Therevac product. Enemeez and Therevac use the same ingredients. Each use 283 mg of the active ingredient Docusate Sodium. Both products even contain Medicinal soft soap, Polyethylene Glycol and Glycerin. Enemeez are arguably better than Therevac. Enemeez use a simple twist off ampule that is far easier to administer than Therevac. This twist off smooth tip eliminates rectal tearing as well. If you were a Therevac user we understand your situation. Enemeez is the perfect replacement for Theravac SB and is a great replacement for Theravac Plus.

If ya gotta have it, get it!
By Charles Hedbring
This is the sole product I have used for12 years daily. As a C5/C6 (neck area)spinal cord injury man now 66 yrs old,the nerves "down there" don't talk. Ican go wee-wee, but use Eneemez to fireup #2. T'ain't cheap but it works. I donot like buying from VitalyMedical, soAmazon is fine for a product critical tomy health. Five stars.

A great solution for quadriplegic/paraplegic.
By M. Zingsheim
I became quadriplegic about eight years ago. Because of the massive change in the body the bowel works differently than it used to. A program of regularity needs to be developed which will take some time and is a little hard on the body. For me, natural stimulation ceased. I found I needed some sort of external stimulation. To assist with the bowel program we started using suppositories. They usually took about an hour to work and then failed 25% of the time. They did, however, increase stimulation sufficiently to help learn the new "regularity".I heard about Enemeez and contacted the company for a trial sample. I found the stimulation occurred in 10 to 15 minutes instead of an hour and failures dropped to about 5%. Regularity depends on many things including diet, liquid intake, self-induced motion or externally generated range of motion stretching, to name a few. When I started using the Enemeez I found them for about $1.50 each after shopping around. Now, unfortunately, the best price is about $2.25. Until something better comes available, I will continue to use these to make the best of a bad situation.

Lifesaver for my daughter
By a buyer
My daughter was constipated from a very young age, due to developmental differences. We tried glycerine enemas (the most gentle) but they were ineffective. Years ago we used some enemas that made her cry, they must have hurt her. But when we found Therevac, we finally had something that worked but didn't hurt. When Therevac went away we switched to Enemeez, which has the same active ingredient. She has used them every other day for years. They don't seem to have any side effects (but my daughter is not verbal, so I can't say for sure). They work consistently. We never worried that she would become dependent on them, since she started out dependent on them before we even used them.Other things that have helped were replacing the Pediasure in her diet with real food. Ground blueberries are especially good. When she was only tube fed, Metamucil or other "soluble" fiber could go through the tube and helped also.We like Enemeez very much. The only thing that was better about the Therevac was that they were in gelatin tubes, which you could flush. But they weren't as easy to open as the Enemeez are.
