Best solution for flat roof!

I have a building with 3 separate roofs all connected. Replaced one roof with EPDM Rubber and doing ourselves cost 10K+. other roofs were not to bad but had couple problem areas with major leaks. one section 5x10 leaked like a facet. didn't have time to rip roof so tried this product. Amazing! rolled out 2 generous coats and not a drop of water. been 6 months and it has held perfect. buying more to paint entire roof just to be safe. figure $1000 in preventive maintenance will buy me at least 2 years. Better solution than $20K+ at this time. tried to patch with Tar and never worked right. if you have major cracks, get hand held blow torch and steel brush first. heat the tar and smooth over cracks. after crack sets flat, then paint this product, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great for RV Roof!

I have a 25 year old RV, and it always seemed to spring a new leak in the roof soon after I fixed the existing roof leak. I got fed up with that problem, so I decided to slather the roof with this stuff. End Result? The roof looks better than it did since I was kid (my grandparents bought the RV new), and any possible currentleaks are sealed. It was easy to apply, and it cleaned up rather nicely. The roof of my RV is now a single piece with no seams because I painted over the seams of the assorted chimneys, flashings, and other bits that normally stick out of an RV. The coating is very thick and over several coats will effectively create a barrier between closely mated surfaces. The paint is incredibly white, and it keeps the RV cooler in the sun than the previous beige roof.My only criticism is that the calculator on the Gardner website recommended about four times as much of this stuff as I actually needed to put five coats on my roof. I felt a little cheated, but I suppose it is nice to have extra paint hanging around.
