New purchase for a single source under the sink water heater for the kitchen. Unit is small and fits easily under the sink but needs 20amps to operate. New houses have most kitchen outlets rated at 20amps but most older homes do not.

This is a very low flow heater for bar sinks only. I wouldn't use the word Hot Water Heater more like very warm water heater.
