5Dad loves these shoes (soft toe areas are the selling point)
By Gslug
My dad is in his mid 70's and has toes that are... well all mess up/curled and well old...He needed a shoe that could accommodate his curled up toes and does not need to be tied. So far he loves these and can wear them all day. The toes are literally like a spandex material, that stretch and mold around the toes with minimal rubbing. The Velcro allows for a snug fit that supports the foot.

1Can never get the shoe tight enough
By LordMaul
These shoes would be so comfortable if they could be tightened. Let me explain, the big flap you see is the velcro part. And you simply place the flap onto the shoe. Sounds simple enough, but the problem is you can't tighten the velcro. The Velcro doesn't go through a hole/loop initially, so you can't pull on it and then set the velcro down. Even if you hold the shoe really tight and then drop the velcro down, it is still loose. So what I had to do was set the velcro down without my foot in it. Then I use a shoe horn to get into the shoe so the shoe will fit snug enough so you won't slip out of the shoe, otherwise, you feet will come out of the shoe. The problem with the simple fix of shoe horning my feet in is that the shoe has a tongue, and the tongue gets shoved down. So after getting into the shoe I have to dig out the tongue and pull it up.As for looks, even with velcro it can easily pass off as a comfortable dress shoe.

5Comfortable right out of the box
By C. Olson
This is my second pair of these shoes. They breathe are wide and comfortable but it only comes in black. If your foot is wide like mine you don'tneed to buy a size larger than you actually wear.(I use to do this a lot and after a while I began to look like Bozo the clown).A truly wide shoe like this can be about 1/2 (or even one) size shorterthan you had buy to get the extra width. They do not taper in at the toe so they can be shorter. It comes with adjustable Velcro straps and foam inserts to help them fit just right. The soles are very sturdy. I only wish they also came in brown as well.
