I saw this lamp in a furniture store and decided to check Amazon for a better price. As is usually the case, Amazon was much, much lower. The lamp is very attractive and a compliment to any contemporary space. It is easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy. The base is quite heavy so you don't have to worry about it toppling easily. As the other reviewer noted, it could stand to be a little taller. Because of its weight, I felt comfortable putting it on a short pedestal behind my sofa, adding the height I desired.Note that it doesn't provide a lot of light--it's more of a show piece to supplement a brighter light source. However, it looks lovely illuminated alone or when other lights are on. I highly recommend this lamp. It has drawn the attention of everyone who has been in the room it it in.

I got the table lamp first and loved it, so thought I would try this. Was afraid it might be "too much", but it is not. I obsessed about how to arrange the lights for at least a week, but now I am satisfied. The only thing I wish is that it had a dimmer included on the switch like my last floor lamp did. It gives off a lot more light than I thought it would with those dinky little 25 watt light bulbs.

I love my Pom Pom lamp. It was so easy to put together and it looks awesome. There is nothing I could say negative. I wish they had a taller lamp. I have high ceilings. It is so nice Im thinking about purchasing another one.
