I used this product when rehabbing from surgery on a partially torn medial meniscus (two years ago). It works very well, combining compression and cold. Make sure to keep your foot elevated with a pillow under your ankle (not your foot) for maximum benefit.I believe you can find it cheaper at other online vendors.
