I bought this awhile back and forgot to review it... I still have the boots today and even with their long height and many laces/straps, they are super comfortable once you 'break them in'... They take a little getting used to but they are comfortable... and the only way to get them in that condition is to wear them.The boots have held up over the last couple years. After a quick shine, they look brand new! I don't show any mercy with my boots (what else are they made for?) and they get abused with water, rain, mud, snow, and ice. The treads/soles are not studded but they still do fairly well on ice or slippery surfaces. Will be buying another pair when these get worn out...though they are 2 years strong!

These boots don't look like they'll last forever like the old doc martens used to but they seem pretty sturdy. I don't really like zippers in my boots and the zipper on these is pretty glitchy. They look cool, but the finish scuffs off really easy. They're heavy, which you may or may not like. They fit really well, but pick a size up.
